Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage
Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage (DAH) is a pathology that occurs following the accumulation of intraalveolar erythrocytes originating from the vascular structure of the alveoli. In the pathogenesis of DAH, there is an injury in the alveolar microcirculation.
